Aileen Miracle
Aileen Miracle has 24 years of elementary music teaching experience, and is now the Unified Arts Curriculum Supervisor for Olentangy Schools. Aileen received her Bachelor of Music Education from Central Michigan University and her Master of Music in Music Education from Capital University; she completed her master’s studies at the Kodály Institute in Kecskemet, Hungary. Aileen has served in several leadership positions locally, regionally, and nationally, and has taught Kodály levels at Colorado State University, DePaul University, and Capital University. In 2016, Aileen was awarded “Teacher of the Year” at Cheshire Elementary. She enjoys sharing music education ideas through her blog, Aileen’s Music Room, her podcast, The Music Room, through her music education store, and through presenting workshops.
Bethany Main
Bethany Main serves as the Artistic Director and director of two ensembles with the Youth Chorus of Kansas City, serving students K-12 in their mission to provide high quality musical experiences without financial barriers. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music and Dance, where she received her Master’s of Music Education and Bachelor’s of Music Education. Bethany is an active presenter and honor choir clinician, and has presented at numerous conferences and led various honor choirs. As a rising composer, Bethany’s works have earned multiple Editor’s Choice distinctions from JW Pepper. She is a two-time finalist for Olathe School District Teacher of the Year and was named East Central KMEA’s “Outstanding Young Music Educator” in 2021.

Bill Henry is a seasoned elementary music teacher, creator of the Mr. Henry’s Music World YouTube channel, and co-host/creator of The Music Podcast for Kids. His YouTube channel has received millions of views, with thousands of teachers using the entertaining and educational videos in the classroom. The podcast has also been recognized in The New York Times as one of the best music podcasts for children, with over 100,000 downloads.
Cassie Jansen
Cassie Jansen, creator of Rooted in Rhythm, provides student-tested, teacher-approved elementary music resources. With 15 years of teaching experience, she aims to make music education meaningful and FUN for all students!
Daria Marmaluk-Hajioannou
World Music children’s performer DARIA (Daria Marmaluk-Hajioannou) has spent four decades performing in the USA and around the world, creating music to inspire all the world’s children. Along with numerous national awards for her culturally diverse music, Daria is a published author of multicultural teaching resources and is the author of the MLK Day Song “I Have A Dream” as well as the Earth Day Song, ”We’ve Got The Whole World In our Hands”.
Debbie O’Shea
Debbie O’Shea embodies a multitude of qualities and passions that define her both personally and professionally. She is an eternal optimist, finding joy in wordplay and puns.
As a highly qualified and experienced music teacher, Debbie fervently believes in the transformative power of music education for every child. Her enthusiasm extends beyond the classroom as she actively supports, connects, and inspires fellow educators through her work at Crescendo Music Education and professional associations.
Sarah Gulish
Sarah Gulish is a Grammy-nominated music educator with a Ph.D. in music education. For 16 years, Sarah taught at Lower Moreland High School in Pennsylvania. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Music Education at West Chester University. Her teaching centers on creativity, and Sarah is an active researcher, writer, presenter, and clinician. She is a published author and co-founded the music education publishing company F-flat Books. She teaches songwriters worldwide through her platform, Songwriting for Music Educators.
Erin Elliott
Erin Elliott has been sharing the joy of music since 2008 and is currently a K-5 elementary music teacher in northern Indiana, as well as the teacher-author behind From Do-Re-Mi To You. With experience teaching everyone from curious kindergartners to aspiring college music educators, she delights in sparking creativity and laying a solid musical foundation for every student.
Erin is also Orff Certified through the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music.
Laura Bartolomeo
Laura Bartolomeo is a veteran music educator with over 40 years of experience teaching primarily K–8 students. She specializes in creating differentiated resources rooted in the Orff approach to help busy elementary music teachers save time and spark creativity. Through her brand, Oodles of Music, Laura shares game-based lessons, planning tools, and fresh ideas that keep students moving, singing, and creating. When not working on music resources, she enjoys gardening, reading, time with family, and hanging out with her fur baby, Jake.
Leanna O’Brien
Leanna O’Brien is the founder of The Soaring Scarves Academy, where she helps elementary music educators bring movement into their classrooms. She provides teachers with practical resources, professional development, and strategies to create engaging, student-centered lessons. Leanna’s approach focuses on keeping students active, preventing disruptive behavior, and improving learning outcomes. As a speaker, she shares her expertise at conferences and workshops, inspiring teachers to transform their classrooms into dynamic learning environments.
Matthew Trevino
Matthew Trevino is in his 17th year teaching elementary music. Trevino is a 2022 and 2023 CMA Foundation Music Teacher of Excellence Recipient and HEB Excellence in Education Statewide Winner. He is a 3X semifinalist for the Music Educator GRAMMY. Since establishing his percussion group Sonido in 2015 the group has made a huge impact on the elementary music world. Trevino is a regular clinician at the TMEA Convention, and enjoys providing support for teachers that want to grow their elementary percussion ensembles. Melissa Stouffer
Melissa Stouffer is a music teacher in Michigan. She has taught infants through middle school general music, elementary and middle school choir as well as a middle school band program which she founded while teaching on a cart. She has a BS in Psychology and BME in Music Education from Central Michigan University and is Kodály certified. She serves as the President of the Michigan Kodály Educators, the MMC Planning Committee representative for the Michigan Music Educators Association, the Midwest 1 Representative for OAKE, the OAKE Social Media Committee Chair. She is a frequent presenter and the creator and author of www.mrsstouffersmusicroom.com.
Rainy Barton
Rainy Barton is an elementary music teacher by day, a circus instructor by night, and a mom all around! Her mission is to help music teachers create purposeful music curriculum & active music-making in their classrooms, which she does through creating music teacher resources on TPT, and educational videos on her Youtube channel- Whimsically Musical. She is currently working on her certification in the Orff-Schulwerk Method, and has been teaching music for ten years.

Sarah Niblack is the Practice Professor. Widely known for the SPARK Practice system of Intentional Practice, her mission is to empower teachers and performers to realize their potential and to feel like their best selves on stage (and in the practice room). Her passion for desmystifying excellence brings her to lead conferences and workshops around the world.
